In the fiction, Raz manufactures investor rage, founder discourse, and LinkedIn engagement at enterprise scale. In reality it is one page, three modules that do not exist, and a waitlist that does.

No. Raz is satire, and nothing on this page is for sale. There is no rage engine, no API, no dedicated rage engineer, and no SOC 2 report — the page says “SOC 2, somehow” because that is the joke. Every metric on the dashboard is generated in the browser.

Nothing, because Raz does not exist. The pricing table is part of the parody: Seed Rage at $0/mo, Series Ragen A at $499/mo, and Enterprise Meltdown at “contact sales”. No payment is ever taken, no card is collected, and there is nobody in sales.

The Unhinged Index is Raz's 1–10 scale for how much a post will cost you socially. Level 01 is CORPORATE — “grateful for the journey” — and level 10 is TERMINAL, where you announce raising $12M to build absolutely nothing. Rage-as-a-service is the idea at the centre of the joke: treating outrage like cloud infrastructure — metered, rate-limited, billed monthly, and shipped with a dashboard. It records the Unhinged Index level you settled on, is rate limited to five submissions per minute per IP, and silently drops bot submissions that fill a hidden honeypot field. There is no product to be let into.

Raz stores the email address you submit to the waitlist and the slider level you chose, nothing more. Traffic is measured with Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and — when configured — Microsoft Clarity session replay. There are no advertising trackers, and no data is sold, which puts Raz's ethics narrowly ahead of its fictional business model.

The rage console is a simulation running in your browser, not a feed of real data. It opens on a fixed series so the server and client render identically, then jitters on a timer — and it stops moving entirely if your system asks for reduced motion.

Raz is a Next.js App Router site: React Server Components, hand-written CSS with no UI kit, and a single route handler behind the waitlist. Signups persist to Upstash Redis or a Google Sheet webhook depending on which environment variables are set, and the page is prerendered with a five-minute revalidate so the signup counter stays current without going dynamic.
